Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return window, which allows you five days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact us at mfreshgroceries@gmail.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or errors, such as receiving the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and address it promptly.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original item using our returns process. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
